'Cultural Globalization'
Now, almost all American know the word, ‘SUSHI’.They think of ‘SUSHI’ as healthy and good foods, so they are interested in it. However, ‘SUSHI’ which is made in America is different from Japanese one. In other words, the ‘SUSHI’ is Americanized considerably.
The most popular American ‘SHUSHI’ is called ‘California Roll’. This roll includes a tuna, cream cheese and an avocado. In addition, there are several kind of rolls. When I saw these 'SUSHI' for the first time, I couldn’t believe it but it was not bad!! Also, people use chopsticks very well and they enjoy ‘SUSHI’ with ‘wasabi’ (Japanese horseradish) and ‘gari’ (ginger).
If you have an opportunity to go America, you must try it. I’m sure that you will be surprise and feel 'Curltural Globalization'!!
I agree with you! Because I have made and eaten that roll many times when I had worked in sushi bar when I was high school student. I know that taste not bad! On the contrary, I think it tastes good!
If I have opportunity to go to America, I want to eat real california roll!
